Cancellation Policy

At Smile Design Costa Rica, we value both your time and that of our professionals. To ensure efficient and organized care, we have established a cancellation policy designed to make rescheduling easier and to allow other patients the opportunity to access our services.

Please take into account the following guidelines:

1. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. No-shows without prior notice

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered an unjustified absence. This may affect your ability to schedule future appointments and may incur an additional fee.

3. Punctuality

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Punctuality allows us to provide you with the best possible care without disrupting other patients’ schedules.

4. Reservations with deposit

Some procedures require a prior deposit to confirm the appointment. In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, this deposit will be non-refundable.

5. Emergencies

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. If a force majeure situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate alternatives and reschedule your appointment without penalty.
